What We Do
Our goal is to help people thrive in a variety of settings. We offer consultations to schools, businesses, and other settings to help people thrive in a variety of ways. We offer supervision to those who are starting in the profession or seasoned clinicians who may work alone and are looking to collaborate and enhance their skills. We offer individual, family, couples, and group counseling. We also offer coaching for a more flexible model. And we offer movement and yoga-based techniques and classes to help you thrive in a multitude of setting in a way that feels right for you.
